Aaron Moss is the founder of The Moss Disability Group LLC. Aaron first came to appreciate the critical importance of quality legal representation as a college student, when his mother became disabled as a result of a medical error. This contributed to Aaron's decision to enroll at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review.
Aaron worked as an attorney advisor at the Social Security Administration, where he wrote more than 650 disability decisions for Administrative Law Judges (ALJ's) nationwide. In addition, Aaron had a detail at the Appeals Council, where he reviewed more than 150 ALJ decisions and provided recommendations to Appeals Officers and Administrative Appeals Judges. Aaron is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
Aaron believes that every disabled person should have access to quality legal representation. Social Security disability attorneys work "on contingency." Whether you are applying for SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) or SSI (Supplemental Security Income), you do not have to worry about expensive hourly legal fees. You do not owe Aaron any money unless you are approved for disability payments.
